Returns and Refunds

 

Returns

If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason you can return it to us and we will refund you the amount paid for that item less any reductions which may be applicable.

Returns must be notified to us in writing within 14 days of the delivery date and items must be unused, free from defects, and returned in their original packaging.

Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept back any mattresses that have been removed from the original packaging.

Please research your product before buying it from our site. No refunds or exchanges will be authorized if products are found cheaper after delivery has been accepted.

In cases where a return is requested, you do not need to disassemble your product for collection. All we ask is that your unwanted item is returned in the condition it was received.
How to make a return

Please contact us within 14 days of delivery to let us know you wish to return any items. We will need to know your order reference, item (s) information, and the date you ordered.

You may deliver the goods back to our warehouse or alternatively, we can arrange collection at a minimum cost of £49 which we will deduct from the refund.

Please note this returns policy does not apply to items that have been specifically tailored to your requirements or special-order items which may be subject to a restocking fee of 50%.

Refund 

We will process your refund as soon as you let us know that you would like one or from the date that we receive your item back in stock.

Orders not yet delivered may take up to 14 days to refund from the day of notification. We will refund your purchase price, excluding our administration fee of £49 per order.

Orders that have been delivered and returned will be refunded within 14 working days. We will refund your purchase price, excluding our collection and restocking charge of £99 per order after we have received your item(s) back in stock.
For security reasons, you will be refunded on the card or payment method that you used to place your order.

Please do not dispose of your existing items until you have received your order from us.
