Warranty
A standard warranty period of 5 years is provided for our goods. In respect of all goods supplied, the company shall not be liable for any defect in or failure of goods as a result of misuse by the customer or any third party, due to lack of care, or lack of general maintenance. Please note the warranty will be void if a
non-suitable base or mattress has been used. The product has been soiled or stained in any way. The mattress has been bent or folded in such a way that has caused damage to spring systems. The company will only accept liability providing you have notified in writing within 7 working days of any such defect or failure becoming apparent to the customer and the defective goods being retained by the customer for the inspection by the company.
How to make a claim
If you wish to make a claim under this manufacturer's guarantee, please check our Guarantee terms and conditions to see if your claim qualifies.
To register your claim with us you will need to email us with:
• Proof of purchase
• Photographs of the full product and the area that displays the issue you are concerned about.
We will send you a confirmation email upon receipt of your claim and confirm the next steps. Wherever possible, the replacement product will be like for like. However, if a particular style, material, or model is no longer available we will substitute appropriately from our current range.
